I have heard heat wrap is good to use on manifolds & induction pipes which keeps the heat in for better acceleration & could get gains up to 4bhp.
Has any one tried anything like this or is it a complete waste of time ?

Ceramic coating inside and out is the way to go. Heathwrap will weaken the welds.

Only really worth doing if your running an open filter, what set up have you got at the minute?
