Hi,
Looking to replace the alloys on the S2000 as previous owner has wrecked them. Want to keep it with Honda alloys and wondered if the Civic Type S / R alloys would fit. Does anyone know?
Cheers.

i believe they do fit. yes. probably look good on the standard 18inch type-r alloys.

they do fit as seen them on one before but i think they are only 7" width all round so not ideal for fitting the suggested wider rear tyres.

Thanks.
Would like to keep 225s on the rear, so if the Civic alloys are too narrow, are there any suggestions?
Do quite like the Type R wheels though!

type-r alloys i believe are a 225 width. the 19s may even be a 235.

The S is REALLY sensitive to tyres including, type, width and pressures.
I've tried 6-7 different alloys.
Steer clear of anything above 17" unless you plan on driving on super flat surfaces in a straight line wink
Most people that change alloys go aftermarket.
A few have fitted NSX wheels.
The S is also REALLY tight on widths and offsets.

After 6 years of messing around and too much £££ I ended up with some VOLKS CE28's that are perfect fits.
IMHO you are better of refurbishing the OEM ones or maybe some Rota's

There is a MASS of knowledge and experience here
