Hi,
Had a flat the other morning,Front Driver side tyre, and on investigation found this odd wear had caused the problem, no sign of rubbing anywhere and wear did not go around the entire tyre, see pics in link below-

, passenger side is fine, rears have saw toothed also.

So 4 new tyres and an alignment session are due but any thoughts on this odd one appreciated.

cheers

I'd say that was alignment, but it looks very severe.

That is weird.
My thoughts are the tyre must have been flat when parked and pumped up without you knowing--be interesting to find out.

Quick update, 4 new tyres fitted and 4 wheel alignment check done, she was running 0.10' toe ns front and 0.09' Toe offside front, rears had -0.18' toe and -0.09' each.
Rear Camber in spec at -1.4 and -1.17', although with toe correction this became -1.44 and -1.29. (still in spec)

Possibly helps explain rear tyre wear, not sure re front tyre still, there was damage from running flat on the inside of the tyre so it looks very much like it had been run soft.

Does feel more planted for the set-up and tramlines a lot lesssmile
