civic alternator

i have put my own loom onto my b16a2 as the only thing its running is a full stand-alone emerald ecu. i need to wire up my original honda 3 pin connector up to the alternator as when the car is running the ecu only shows up 11.4 volts up on the laptop. i have connected the main wire back to the battery but have nothing going into the alternator?.

anyone have a wiring diagram on where these 3 wires go to, i think 2 of them went back to the honda ecu but i may be wrong??
