crx del sol, agc-s fuse keeps blowing why?

Started having trouble one evening after tinkering around with the car changing a rear bulb and then cleaning up the engine rocker cover with a wire brush to shine the metal I poured a bit of water over the engine to clear the dust (something i have done with many a car before with no problems). the engine did start after that then suddenly trying it again later that evening the engine would turn over but not fire up. changed spark plugs, checked distributor cap but still nothing. took to garage who changed IGN Module?? and arsed around with a fuse it worked . . . for a day. then this morning exactly the same problem, not firing up. looking in more detail can see that its the ACG (S) fuse thats blown but dont know anything about it can anyone help? whenever i change the fuse it still blows. cheers
