Accord Bonnet corrosion

Just noticed after popping bonnet up that I seem to have a lot rust apppearing round the spot weld marks inside the bonnet reinforcing skin.

The Car is a 2005 Accord 2.2 cdti saloon, with Metalic paint, is this a common problem on Accords.

I am going to contact the dealer to get their take on this.
