What are these alloys called? They were fitted to a 2006 new shape Civic and were 17"

They just look like the factory 7 spokes - you'd be able to get them from Honda or 2nd hand off eBay, etc.

In the past I have asked Honda to quote the price for the following alloy wheels:

2002 Accord 15"x5.5" £210+VAT

2005 Civic Type-S 16"x6.5" £312 (can't remember if that included VAT but I think not)

So a replacement wheel will probably cost at the very least £300 from Honda.

I've just been quoted £684.12 for a full set of 17" five spoke Penta alloys so you'd be better buying a full set and flogging what you don't want.

Yes, that quote was from Honda Edinburgh, in writing. Of course you would have tyres and fitting etc on top.
