Civic MC2 VTi centre seatbelt

Hi, I will be shortly adding a new member to my family and I would like to keep my Aerodeck (especially after fitting my ZS180 rear ARB!) The main stumbling point at the moment is the lack of a centre 3-point seat belt.

I know the later MB6 hatchback models have this feature as do the Rover/MG version of the same chassis.
Is it possible to fit this in my aerodeck?
