oxy sensor

Got a fault on my "up-stream oxy sensor" an yone else had this problem? Car is standard, i am aware of people having this problem when they De-cat, but what are the things i should be aware of. Its not going to shag my car is it? I'm confident it won't but you peeps might know something i don't. I have spoken to Honda and they said its not a concern too.

Also it come on and off (the warning light that is) so any thoughts?

Also its very quiet in here now days!
