It's a minefield.
It's low mileage so that helps but all pre-facelift gearboxes fail so you'll want to know if that's been done.
If it has, has SH and is in decent condition then it's a solid 4k. If the gearbox hasn't been done but all the rest is there then 3.5k and if there are gaps in the history but it's a good solid car then about 3k.
Have a look on accordr.org for lots of good info.

Slight change of subnject, but if I were to purchase an ATR, what would be the best method of transporting mountain bikes do you think? Are roofracks readily available and easy to fit, or would a tow ball mounted carrier be better. I've never seen either a roof rack or a tow ball on one of these, are they available at all?
I used a Thule roof rack on mine. Still have the feet for it actually, but I'm using the bars on my new car - if you want the feet let me know, hardly used etc. They fit Thule Aero bars and normal Thule bars (get aero ones!)
I used a Thule 591 bike carrier which I rate very highly, bike just goes straight on it with no dismantling needed.
