Prelude Gen.4 bumper removal

[Utterly Clueless]

Hey guys.
Currently im trying (with no success) to remove the front bumper of a 'k'reg jap import 2.2vtec gen 4 prelude.

I've done google searches and allsorts and have found written guides, but no picture guides.

Does anyone know where i could find out how to remove the bumper. as without the bumper off i cannot remove the wings/headlights.
