Civic EK4 help

Hi all, I have noticed a knocking noise from the front end of my car (both sides) when going over bumps, speed bumps, pot holes etc. It happens when i steer left to right quicky as well, any ideas what it could be?
The cars been for a cam belt change at honda and they didn't say a thing about it?

I'm gonna guess that its the anti roll bar links - my civic was knocking like a good un replaced these and the noise has gone.

Another for the ARB links, one of mine had broken and was making this noise.

Replace the anti roll bar bushes as well whilst your under there! They are relatively cheap and easy to do
