The turbos are cheap Chinese copies and quick Google will find you examples of turbos like this coming to pieces whilst in use.

would a manifold and turbo of a cosworth or escort rs turbo be any good they come with a garrett t3 turbo cause i know someone who can adapt the manifold to fit mine

In a word, no.

Have you done any research on this outside of this forum? A quick look on ebay brings up most stuff you'd need to buy to do this, but like I said above avoid the cheap $500 kits. They are cheap for a reason.
