civic type r alarm

The alarm on my 03 civic type r keeps going off for no reason, seems to do it more on cold nights! Anyone got any tips as my neighbours are getting the hump!

its a known probleam with some of the civics, i think its got somthing to do with the circuit board that controlls the alarm? if you look on

It's a known problem. I had my alarm circuit board replaced twice for similar symptoms when I had a new 03 CTR (alarm went off early morning when the sun came up). It was all sorted under warranty on my car back then, may be speak to a friendly dealer now and see what they say as I guess you'll be outside warranty.
