95 civic heater matrix change, big job?

Hi , Happy new year, im wondering if anybody has any idea how much of a job it is to change the heater matrix on a 95 4 door civic, i imagine the dashboard will require removing.. My matrix is a bit blocked internally due to a previous oil in the water incident.. bit cold in the car this winter !
