a remap or ecu change usually does this, such as a hondata etc.
you need to remember that its ot just a case of increasing the limit- you need to do a whole host of other changes to make sure your engine doesnt go pop. remember, the rev limit is there for a reason!
if its more power you are after, you would be much better off looking towards mid range gains, rather than peak- that is where the real advantages are, generally.
