Civic B16A2 Insurance Feud!

Hi guys i would like to thank ALL previous people that assisted me before with a problem with a scally insurance company.
I think i needs some more help well after alot of exchanges with insurers, I have pulled the plug on the insurance claim and taken possesion of my car again,but they still think they can add thios car too a total loss register even though,they have not paid me a penny either to repair it or settlement? I do not think they can do this can they?

Secondly anyone got a good passenger front door with glass in dark metallic blue( standard Honda colour) obviously a 4 door please and anyone near Manchester /Stockport,
