Looking at changing the wheels on my 2007 s2000... only just starting thinking about it but tend to do things on impulse eek so rather than fking up this is the research bit smile . it's pearl white so i'm thinking of darker wheels, maybe gunmetal or something... any suggestions... was looking at 18's but think it's ott so 17's preferably... input anybody?

I've seen a few different manufacturers using white body work with darker wheels and the combination looks good. I think white is the new car colour. The 350z and the Clio 197 look good in white with darker wheels.

Have you thought about just having the alloys re-coloured ? , save you a few pounds.... should be a nice combination.. if you decide can you post some pics ?

Rotas. IIRC they do some rather nice Rotas in gun-metal or bronze with the correct offset for the S2000 (which is important).

Can't remember the name - do a search on s2ki and you'll find them.

Enkei or Axis i think do some nice wheels in the right offsets. Just started to look round myself, although in Australia its alot harder than the uk i think. I do want 18's tho... Would love a white s2k, dark wheels would look very nice

s2000s work very, very well on smaller wheels, 16s/17s are recommended, the latter, only if you have a genuine need for larger break caliper clearance.

I'd recommend choosing a forged, light, strong wheel. Don't worry about the colour. Get the wheel right and the colour you can worry about later.

Reduce your unsprung weight and you'll do yourself plenty of favours.

17", correct offsets and light weight
