Accord sticky gearchange

Ive just picked up a 95 accord 2.3 SR, which goes really well, although has a really sticky gearchange. does anyone know if there is something that is worn and easily replaceable, or is it tough luck?

By sticky do you mean you have to push the clutch into the mat, or the lever itself is hard to move?

Change the gearbox oil and go from there.

Its the actual lever thats sticky, clutch side seems fine...
