Which model Honda do you have? Assuming it's a Civic, the 93 model line would be EG although I don't think these came with a 1.4 engine (either 1.3 or 1.5 normally). Have a look here for a list of chassis, engine and transmission codes.

Thanks it,s a eg3 next thing i,m trying to find out is how easy it would be to wire a crx 1.6 vtec engine in in to it

You'd be a lot better off selling your car and buying an original VTI version with that engine in.

I already got this one with engine gone and i know for a scrap ed9 crx all the mounts look good it,s just wireing the injectors that looks the prob
