'charged Civic Type R, in Hampshire/Surrey?

So does anyone know who ownes a black civic type r that is either super or turbo charged (i guess superchaged) in the hampshire/surrey area?

The car is black, with some Honda decals and some other orange/red decals on it. i believe an RA03 reg?

i was having some fun with him at brandshatch last week, and now ive seen him twice just down the road from my house. i also had had some fun with what i think is the same car when i had a mini cooper s. (although at that point it didnt have the decals)

just interested to find out a bit about the car!?
