Couple of suggestions:-

1) Put this in the engines forum, or in General Gassing - you'll get more people looking.
2) Chain suggests it's an S2000 - if so, join s2ki.co.uk and post up there - what those people don't know about the car isn't worth worrying about, they're very good. The main US section (s2ki.com) has even more people...
3) If not an S2000, let us know what car it's for?

The K series engines are chain driven.

Ah, yes they do - forgot about that one.

OK, s2ki.co.uk no good. CTR forum probably a good bet.wink

That said, one thought occurs to this non-mechanic: tensioner?

take it back to the Honda garage to have a look/listen (assume you took your CTR to a bonadife garage) - if there is something wrong with your cam-chain, you don't want to wait for the piston-meets-valve noise.
