Looking to buy an ITR/DC2, where else to look ?

Anywhere Ive missed ?

New to the jap scene.

And if anyone knows one, Im after a UKDM car as standard as poss in white with a good history.

When I was looking for mine 3 or 4 years ago I contacted my local Honda dealer to see if there were any in the network. Not the cheapest but you can find good examples if you're lucky.

You'll pay a good grand over the odds from a dealer. And they're probably too old now (newest = 2000) for them to stock.

I'd say you're looking in all the right places, tbh. Just a matter of being patient for a good one to come up...


PS - only other place is auctions but unlikely a good one will surface there.

I'd stick with the DC2 site and Pistonheads tbh, Autotrader is full of spammers and time wasters imo.

Anyone local to you that could take you for a run in an ITR perhaps, to give you an idea of what to listen for etc ?

Dont worry about exhaust mods. the suspension needs a refresh at 70k- springs, dampers and rear trailing arm bushes. Avoid cars with bigger alloys unless 15" oem included.IMO stick to cars running the factory ECU and not had things like VTEC point altered as these mods are unknown quality for purchaser. You will love the car!!!!!!!!!!!
