want more grunt/tad increase in performance. don't want silly chav noise on my civic type r. should I get an exhaust fitted or do you guys think its a waste of a good hundred pints?

Depends which exhaust you're thinking of changing to. Some add basically zero performance unless you add other bits and pieces like induction kits etc, and some sound extremely chavvy (to my ears anyway)

Dunno if you're a member of Civic Type R Owners but you could spend an afternoon reading the topics about impoved performance, exhausts etc. Might give you more info.

Toda seems to be the best for any gains. Also doesnt have the chav noise that i think youre trying to avoid

best to mate on up to a manifold and a kpro remap to reap the best benefits- the K20 loves breathing mods!

fully stainless cat back. same backbox almost, but cleaner.
