CTR on hold.....

Gutted, my trusty little KA is crook and i had to book it in to the garage, started missing on the forth, so changed the sparks and i snapped the inlet hose on the heater matrix, to be honest it was a plastic shim that just crumbled as i moved it. But after some soul searching i had to book it in for a major service, had all the fluids done, oil,steering,brakes and new filters, a full set of pirelli P6000 two new Mcpherson struts, new brake pads, a new heater matrix, wheel alignment and a rear bulb and dash fuse.... the guy in the garage had to get a bigger bit of paper, it cost me £650 notes but its got 78k on the clock and i would'nt mind clocking it as it is only a cheapy 5digit speedo. So it means that i am going to have to wait till easter to get the CTR....

Its got so silly now that i am keeping a file of possible car references so i do not just jump at the first one i see... oh well looks like i am going to have to salavate a little longer....

You might as well keep it for another year, if you were going to p/x the Ka.
Not as though adding another 10k miles is going to affect its value much.

Yeah thats what i have been thinking, my missis has a little automatic Seat thats her mums, she has been using it so i think i will get her to give that back and she can use the 'now-as-new' Ka. Had a bit of a result just had some work come my way so looks like i might not need to wait as long..... now where can i get a 2005 Gun metal grey CTR FHSH 20k on clock for about £5000...... dreaming.....
