accord type-r club

does anybody know whats happening with the accord type-r club cause it down and was just wondering if its going 2 come back. anyone on here use the site.cheers

I emailed edd a couple of weeks ago apparently he was waiting for a new code sent through the post.

I am waiting for instruction on how to clean my egr valve!

its a bit of a tt 2 get 2 the nuts but i haven't got the best tools have ya done the plate

I can remember reading the thread as lots of people have had to clean it, now at finally 127k miles my engine management light has come on.

Have a droning noise from the back as well now, have checked all the wheel bearings so it may be tires getting low on wear.

my light came on 2 and as soon as i cleaned the plate and reset the ecu its stayed off and has never came back on. i clean it every 3-4 months. there's nothing 2 cleaning the egr plate and valve. u need a small drill bit a tooth brush and some carb cleaner for the actual cleaning just get rid of all the soot and your sockets for removing the bolts which hold them in place of cause.

did u have the same name on the accord type-r site cause i reckonize it

Have you got a picture of where the EGR valve and plate thing is?
