Only if you plan on doing the manifold and exhaust, along with the air intake.
Otherwise, more cabin boom and nothing much to show for it.

CEL if you don't have a longer 02 sensor connector welded on. Otherwise, there's plenty of anti-CEL adapters to fit to reduce false CEL activity.
AFAIK, a CAT has nothing to do with soot, but only reduces certain levels of gases produced by the combustion process.
Still, wouldn't decat personally, but would drop down to a 300 cell or lower CAT, along with the other mods to improve airflow and liberate a few more stallions.

I know mate I was just trying to make a joke. FWIW Whenever I decatted any of my NSXs they have sooted the rear bumpers. Is a normal thing on V-tecs.

You might get a couple of horses, and also lose weight.

I just lost over a stone, the power to weight ratio keeps me going. Funny how when I was young and single I wanted to be in good shape for the summer holidays. Now older and married the motivation changes, but the end result is the same!
