Hi,

Anyone local to Widnes, Cheshire got a Civic Type R they wouldn't mind me having a poke over and a ride in? Thinking of moving to one from my S3, but there's much to consider before booking a test drive - I need to be able to fit some disability equipment for my wife into the boot, see if she can get in/out - all that kind of malarkey.

I'll swap you a ride in my 997 GT3.

Ta.

If a new Type-R, why not go to your local Honda dealer?

Must be a few used Type-Rs at dealers too.

I used to live in Widnes....

I wonder if you contacted your local Honda dealer, explained the situation, you might be able to get an extended 24hour test drive or something?

No thanks for the ride, don't be lazy just book a test drive like most people do.
