Rear wiper motor for the wifes Civic

The rear wiper motor on wifes Civic is shot, am wondering if there are any places that might sell this as Honda want around 120+VAT which to me seems like an exorbitant amount of money for something with plastic cogs in. Have rung round a few local places and have found nadda so was wondering if anybody here can offer some advice.

What area are you in?

Am in NW London, work in Slough, the Civic is a 1999/2000 1.4 sport 5 door hatch.

Same as a Rover 400 shape?

Does the wiper spindle/spline come through the glass?

I know a couple of breakers that might have this - in Slough / N London.

Do you need help fitting it?

No idea if it's the same, the spline come through the metal and not the glass, I'll try and find a pic of it and post back as the wifes taken the car right now.

There are loads of this shape.

try ebay as there is always that shape civics breaking.

a more common model is the 1.8vti known as mb6. im sure the rear wiper motor will be the same.

if you go onto classfieds then parts---> there is a mb6 breaking.
