Saying goodbye to my S2000

Well it's been two years of great fun and I have to say that to date it has been by far the best car I've owned.

Just had two people look at it and both stepped out of the car and offered the asking price, subject to them getting their finances sorted. I don't think I under priced it but it is a clean honest example and anything more would have been greedy.

I'll miss her lots - even when I was driving her to show her ample charms I had a big grin on my face.

To all of you ummming & arrring, just buy one. A stupendous engine in a great package and ultra reliable. Definately a car that you need to have spent time with once in your life.

I'm planning on getting one in the spring - when I've paid off a bit more of my CTR. Just got to decide between new import (£21,500), or a 12-18 month old UK model.

Just sold my S2000 on saturday!, will be sad to see such a good car go!

I keep thinking that I ought to sell mine, but I've had it 5 years now and just can't face getting rid of it. Every time I take it out I think I'll keep it one more year...
