(More seriously, I take it you are aware that (at least part of) the CTR bodykit was fitted to the 3dr Civic Sport from '04 onwards...spoiler, skirts, twin-pipe exhaust end, not sure about front bumper...might be worth ringing a few breakers as that'll double the no. of cars with the kit on...)
The type-s or sport rear spoiler is smaller. Also, IIRC, the mounting points for the full size spoiler are different, and you need a new rear screen from a CTR for the holes to be correct.

I think the front is the same, except the honda badge is obviously red.
The sport alloys are 16" rather than 17", and the suspension is higher; apart from the badging, those are the only external differences between the sport and the CTR that I know of.
