For turbo kits try www.funkypower.co.uk or www.turbonetics.com (thats where i got mine from). Try and piece together a kit with help from people who've done it if you want a good, powerfull set up that'll cost you less than a kit from the UK.
As for the turbo/supercharger thing it doesn't really make any difference which you go for. People say it works better with VTEC but on a well mapped engine it doesn't make any difference whatsoever. If you want big power go turbo and i'd recommend the Edelbrock set up. Factor in additional money for uprated clutch and mapping etc. Just a point though if it's mapped properly you'll lose the VTEC punch but it'll pull smoother/harder all the way through the revs.
I would do lots of research before you do this though!!!!! And have a look at superchargers as they respond differently and may be more suited to your application.
