Red Honda NSX in Hampshire?

I'm working in Petersfield (Hampshire, 30 mins from Portsmouth) lately, and just down from where we are working is a red NSX with NSX in the number plate.

I was wondering if it was anyone's on here?

Don't see many around and it doesn't seem that many sold back in their day either.
