Hello,

I own a 1992 Honda Prelude Jap Import, i just fitted a megan manifold and a full stainless stell exhaust with a decat pipe.

My emissions warning light has now come on (i think its my emissions warning light)due to me not now having CAT, will this cause any problems to me car?

Aswell because me car was manufactured in 1992 does that mean i dont need a CAT to pass an MOT?

Cheers for your help

Mark

Had that with mates teg(94), Could be your lambda sensor is broken or simply not there. Caused me problems for MOT, had to buy another. Was told to buy a legit honda one for 190 quid! Bit of chatting to other teg owners, u can buy a universal one for around 40 quid.

Says your from N somerset, where abouts? Wsm here.

Cheers for the reply, i know what Honda are like, they chargerd me £150 for new track rod and quoted me £1200 for a steering rack. I think il just go on ebay and look for a cheap one there.

I used to live in WSM but now live in Congresbury just down the A370 towards Bristol. So your from Wsm then?
