What options are there when it come to upgrading the brakes on a UK spec Civic Type R (2 yrs old)?

What is the likely cost of each?

Maybe worth asking on civinfo.co.uk/forum.
Obvious things are brake lines, pads, and discs.
BBK is the next stage, but big money.

Lines - £200 plus fitting and fluid
Pads - £30-80 depending on brand and type
Discs - £100-300+ depending on brand and type
BBK - £1000+ depending on brand

All based on fronts only, except lines - all four corners for that price.
