I am looking for a couple of bits for my ready to go in B16 (UK Vti) engine:

lightened flywheel
LSD

If anyone knows the best place to get them or if anyone has them let me know

Cheers

Quaife would be number one choice for LSD.
Maybe Spoon or Mugen if they have one for that engine/vehicle.
Flywheel - ACT, Exedy, Toda, and more.

Have you done a search of google or hit any of the US forums for the car - they'll no doubt have reams of names for you to search further for.
What's the car - Civic?

all the UK b18s' boxes (S9B if i remember)have a torsen LSD gearbox as std, which can be fitted to the b16's box with a little work (assuming it's a hydro box)

cheapest and easiest would be to source a complete post '98 ITR box which go for around £500, although the jump between the higher ratios might be a little high.

with a little research on ratios you could maybe put a box together even better for the b16, i'm fairly sure the cogs will swap
