07 Civic - Best way to add an Aux port/bluetooth
Discussion
Hi all!
Just picked up an 07 Type S Civic and it's lacking the manufacturer fitted Aux port as it's too old.
What would be the best way to go about about adding at least an Aux port if not Bluetooth? I'm sure there is a cheaper/better way then getting a bloke at Halfords to fit a new radio in!
TIA

I've recently fitted a Connects2 CTAHOBT001 which benefits from a USB port (for charging my iPhone), Bluetooth music streaming and hands free calling. It plugs into the cd changer port and so far, it works perfectly. It comes with a little microphone which I've mounted discreetly on top of the steering column.
You have to remember it's still fitted to a dated system so won't automatically ring through the speakers when receiving a call while using the radio or CD player and won't display who's calling but they're only minor drawbacks for me. Installation is a pain too actually, but that because of the dashboard design and not a reflection of the Connects2.
Mine was from seller 'incarconnections' on eBay and they were great with communication, etc.
I hope that helps
