Discussion
I’ve seen a few FK8’s for sale with Michelin PS4’s in 255/35/20 as opposed to the standard 245/30/20.
Presumably this is to mitigate, at least in part the 30 profile that causes issues.
Has anyone experience of doing this & whether it really helps & if it affects scrub radius & handling etc?
Having read the Road & Track article from 2018 which concludes only the 19” FK2 wheels with 35 profile as standard get close enough to the 20’s to not impact handling/scrub radius I’m wary of changing from standard. And FK2 wheels are £2k!
Cheers in advance
