Anyone good at identifying engine noise?

I have a Honda Accord 2009, R20a3 engine with 89000miles.

The noise is at 0:40 and can also be heard twice after.

Sounds like a fast clacking.
Lifters are done and the oil is all good.

I'm guessing you have an induction kit and a sports exhaust, with so much background noise it almost sounds like a diesel so my best guess would be a leaking exhaust somewhere, maybe just a small leak at a joint. If it's the whistle noise look at your pcv valve and make sure it's working.
