Petrol crv mpg
Discussion
Hi folks,
I’m looking at either a 2019 1.5 turbo EX or a 2016 2.0 petrol Ex. Both cars are manual.
I’m wondering what the real mpg would be in these cars. I had an older 2009 2.2 Ex diesel which regularly returned 45 mpg.
I know the mpg won’t be as good but will either of these petrol models return anything near 40mpg in real world driving?

2016 2.0 real MPG is 33/38mpg:

2019 1.5 is either 35/39mpg:

Not much in it, but neither will get over 40mpg.
I believe there can be oil dilution problems with the 1.5 if you do short trips/drive in cold weather though.
