Stainless Steel exhaust?
Discussion
I have a Honda civic ej9 it's a 1997 automatic model and I'm looking to get a stainless steel exhaust fitted to it. Could someone enlighten me to which one's would be good to buy? Would a standard stainless steel backbox on it's own be OK or do i need to buy a downpipe too? I just want something big and loud but also don't want to break the bank. 200 is maximum I'm looking to spend.
I fitted a Japspeed catback double-tip exhaust which was under £500, sound fantastic IMHO. I had to get the local garage to fit it though as the bolts holding the old pipe to the cat were so corroded they were just blobs and I wasn't happy about using an angle grinder laying under the car on the driveway.
I couldn't find anything for about £200, had to spend more, but well worth it as the sound is really nice.

I clicked on that link but it says japspeed are out of stock until October. Do you think this one would be ok though? https://www.gravityperformance.co.uk/exhaust-back-...I couldn't find anything for about £200, had to spend more, but well worth it as the sound is really nice.
