Jazz - Heated seats, apparently. But no controls??

I have a 2016 Jazz SE Navi which has the leather seats option.
I have noticed, now the weather is getting colder, that the drivers seat heats up.
Passengers claim the passenger seat also heats up.
This would be fine but the car has no controls for heated seats at all, usually these are down near the handbrake.
The car came from a main dealer i have used many times and I assume, this is the original interior.
There are two sets of cables connected under each seat.
TLDR. The car appears the have heated seats but NO way to control them. Really odd.
