Discussion

(Please excuse me if this has been answered, I have looked through a few diff forums and YouTube)
It drives great except one thing this metallic click/ clack sound. It happens when pulling off in first and changing to second. No other times. It’s also intermittentMy mechanic says it’s coming from the front RHS.
had the sub frame bolts Looked at and they were tight No issues (Is this daily the bolts nit being tight or just dirt between washer and frame) secondly the break calliper clips also no problem.
any suggestions?

Hi Have a look at the brake calliper sliding bolts they could be dry and the brake pads sticking you can remove the sliders clean off and lubricate the pins and refit you could also wire brush the calliper to remove all the dust and lubricate wear the pads sit, I have just done this on the drive in a couple of brews, you will need a 7mm allen key to remove the sliders.
