Honda bearing

Hi ,i recently changed 2 front tyres on my Honda civic 2011,1.4si,inspected the hubs when tyre were off,passenger side hub span freely, driver side span but had to put a bit more force on it ,tyres replaced had a 120 mile journey, now there is a womp womp noise gets louder with speed is this a bearing issue anybody know?

Wheel bearings are generally fairly robust things on Honda's, Are you sure it isn't brake related ie. a binding caliper? This is a more common cause.

Wouldn't rule out a bearing but I would look at the brakes first.
