Reverse Camera on a 2006 Civic

I’ve noticed on my car that’s its previously had. Reverse Camera fitted. When you put it into reverse it tries to show the image on the same screen as the infotainment. But it’s all white as if it’s trying to connect. So I’m not sure how it’s been fitted or the make or model. I’ve opened the trim to reveal the lights but there doesn’t seem to be anything connected to the camera.

Would anyone be able to recommend a new one or anywhere that could fix the original around Liverpool.
