Honda stepwagon electric door problem

I got a Honda stepwagon 2006 , fresh import , the elec side door worked ok until electrician fitted a fog light now it makes a mechanical noise and 3 beeps . I can't get in touch with the guy so can't get him to look at it , it must be something simple .

I also can't open the door manually from in or outside
