New NSX pricing
Discussion
Hi all
Does anyone have a sense what is happening with used pricing on the new NSX?
This car is £88k at Redline - https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...
Then this car is over £150k at Hendy - https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...
I think the Redline car is more market as there are others at that level.
It feels to me like value is dropping quite quickly, faster that other similar vehicles (all of which are dropping).
The direction is obviously down, but I'm wondering what the market sentiment is for this car.
Any ideas?

I'm by no means an expert but I do like to keep watch on these when I (regularly!) fall down a classifieds 'click-hole'
Apparently the MY2019 NSX has retuned suspension and steering which will be regarded as an improvement and so i would expect the earlier models prices to fall a touch. they've been around £100k for an early car for a while so I suppose with this later update, the £88k car looks about right. I think i'm right in saying there wasn't a huge amount to spec so I don't think the spec would have a drastic difference like it would, say, an equivalent McLaren/Porsche etc.
Such an underrated car (as ever!) and I'd have one in a heartbeat when my numbers come up!

While the market may be weak for the NC1 NSX, the RHD supply is quite limited.
People who bought the NSX to flip and make money have been burned, plus those that bought and will move on to the next new thing regardless of losing a hefty chunk of cash in just a couple of years will do so.
150k is clearly bonkers, as for less than that a buyer can spec their own new car for delivery next year, and as the sub-88k car has sold, this shows where the market is at.
