Hi Guys

I can't seem to fine anywhere that sells 50mm / 55mm lowering springs for an FN2.

Can anyone help me on this?

I think the main reason for this is that that would bee too much of a drop in ride height, which would also limit the effectiveness of the shocks.

It s little bit more cash but have you looked at coilovers? Yellowspeeds should let you drop by that much

Excellent Thank you. I had a look and there's one for £799 https://www.tegiwaimports.com/yellow-speed-racing-... is this all I need?

Yeah they should let you go that low on an FN2, it is very low though, I would say you realistically only want 35mm.

I have yellowspeeds but I don't run much lower than stock as its a track car - most people I know with just springs havent gone more than 40mm and their cars are next to undrivable on our roads

Only from seeing them, but my EP3 was lowered 35mm and that was too low IMO, I’ve gone up to 25mm on Eibach pro springs and it’s just right I reckon.

Thanks Chaps.

Ill look at getting either some springs @ 45mm or these mentioned above. Are they easy to adjust?

Also you guys might be able to answer my other question? https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

I would always recommend coilovers, even if you're just after lows. They are fairly easy to adjust like most coilovers and you can dial in the amount of ride comfort that you want - also its easier to swap the old shocks and springs back in yourself than it is to fit the old springs back onto the shock.
