Spotted Honda Civic Tourer 'Type-R' !?

I saw a Honda Civic Tourer with full FK' Type-R kit in Kent on Sunday.

Unfortunately I was one car behind and driving so I couldn't snap a picture, but it had enough road presence to stand out.

I would love to know more information on it; I am assuming it wasn't the Honda/Synchro project car?
