Honda S2000 brake callipers

Hi guys! I have a Honda S2000 and was wondering if Honda FK2 Brembo callipers will fit without any modifying? Are the disks the same, dimensions etc....

S2000 discs are used on bigger brake conversions on EP3/FN2 so I assume the spacing for the Caliper is all the same, I wouldn’t be surprised if the caliper was indeed a straight bolt on. But, why?
